Join Sarah in learning and pouring two beautiful candles with 50 hrs burn time each, with the choice of your own scent, crystals and labels. Open your heart and mind to setting your intention as Sarah carefully guides you through the process, choosing your perfect combination of scent, labels and crystals. Set your candles with intention for each time you light it at home, these candles will be the most precious candles you have ever owned!
Join Grace on the mat for a soft heart opening gentle yoga flow. Then melt into a beauitful meditative yoga nidra with the frequencies of crystal sound bowls for a grounding deep restorative rest.
