Burns Beach: Sunset Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Grace & Sanchia invite you to a nourishing evening of deep rest under the rays of the sunset and the glissening of the stars. Connect to your outer world connection with an astrology update, your physical body with deep rooted yin postures and your emotional body with a journey through the vibrations of sound. Snacks, chats and oracle card pull included.

Meet at Burns Beach, Beach for a 6:00pm start. Map and direction details will be sent to you via email after you book online.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or a towel/rug
• A blanket or two for covering and comfort
• A pillow, if you'd like something under your head for the sound
• Wear whatever you are comfortable moving in and lying still - wearing layers and bringing a jumper is always best
• Water 
• Optional; eye mask for eye coverage, extra blankets, yoga props if you have them - a block, strap and bolster, a journal and a pen
