STATEMENT
In registering/booking to participate in the weekly sessions, events, private bookings/events, wedding session and workshops conducted with essence of grace yoga I/we understand/agree with the following:

1. I/we am participating in yoga classes/sessions during which I/we will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I/we recognise that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I/we am/are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 2. I/ we understand that it is my/our responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my/our participation in yoga classes. I/er represent and warrant that I/we am/are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my/our participation in yoga classes. 3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes/sessions/events/private groups/workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the session. 4. If you book a private workshop, event, session or wedding session with essence of grace yoga you agree that you are liable to find out and confirm what licences may be necessary for the location, and venue you book in with essence of grace yoga. 5. if you/they book a private session/event/workshop/ wedding session with essence of grace yoga, you/they agree to abide by the laws of the city, state and country 6. In further consideration of being permitted to participate/book in the yoga classes/sessions/event/workshops/private sessions, I/we knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I/we may have against the yoga and sound instructor, or the council/owner of land/building, picnic company, grazing company and further collaborators with essence of grace yoga for injuries or damages that I/we may sustain as a result of participating in classes, events or workshops held with essence of grace yoga. 7. I/we am/are aware that yoga classes/sessions, events, private sessions and workshops may be photographed or filmed for advertising purposes. I know these photographs or videos may appear on essence of grace yoga/affinity of souls socials or website. 10.if you/they book/pay for a private session/event/workshop/ wedding session with essence of grace yoga/affinity of souls, you agree and accept that full payment is non refundable as per the terms, the agreement is made upon paying the invoice 9. Should you book in for a picnic package you are also agreeing to the terms as per yellow lemon party hire terms which can be found here: https://www.yellowlemonpartyhire.com.au/terms-and-conditions 10. Any items used, borrowed, booked and offered by/from essence of grace yoga or affinity of souls should be returned with no damages, should there be damages/loss there will be a cost associated to this damage or loss.

Please note prices are subject to change at essence of grace yogas discretion.

REFUNDS
No refunds are given, unless it was a fault of essence of grace yoga e.g. your class/session/event/private/wedding was cancelled at the last minute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you/they book your/our class online, we hold that space for you/they and potentially turn away other class participants. So, please make sure that you/they cancel your/our reservation if you/they are no longer able to attend. 48 hours notice is due to be given for any changes or refund to be made. Should you/they cancel after 48 hours prior to your/theirs yoga class/session, you/they will be given a one time change a month (that change of session must be to another session in the same week or the money all be fortified). When you book in for a private session, event, workshop or wedding yoga session, this is as per the terms noted on the original invoice and is non refundable.
YOGA CLASSES
essence of grace yoga community members must be at least 16 to attend classes unless accompanied by a parent or a guardian. Please wear comfortable and appropriate yoga attire for your/our classes and be aware that our classes are taught barefoot.
FINAL FINDINGS
We reserve the right change or cancel classes from our schedule at our discretion without notice.
