No experience needed, this practice is for everyone. All levels welcome. Please note: you will receive an email with map, directions and what to bring. You will receive two emails so please make sure to check you have both. Please make sure to check this email before arriving (check your junk mail if you cannot see it) This class is now opposite sistas cafe in burns beach.

Cancellation Policy

Providing I receive 48 hours notice, you can change your session for another session in the same week or the following week. Anything less than 48 hours notice, I will allow one change per month but it must be in the same week as your original session was booked, or your money will be forfeited. Please contact me regarding any cancellations out of the ordainary, as I can be more flexible in certain situations, I understand life happens.
