Welcome Beautiful Human. I am Grace, a qualified and registered Yoga Teacher (200hr, restorative, nidra, yin, prenatal and postnatal, mums and bubs, kids and chair), a Breathwork, Ice bath and Sound Facilitator with experience in various yoga and breathwork styles, based in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. I started 'essence of grace yoga' at the end of 2021 to share my passion with others and to hold space for those ready to connect with their own true inner essence.
